Challenges

Following the implementation of an IP telephony solution and in order to guarantee the availability of the service, DELMAS wished to entrust the support and maintenance contract to a reliable and experienced partner.

Thanks to this maintenance contract, the client is guaranteed to have an available and efficient service, which is essential for the smooth running and development of his business.

The SLAs offered by OFIS, plus the permanent stock on this type of equipment, guarantee an availability rate close to 99.9%. When equipment becomes obsolete, OFIS will agree with the client on a replacement plan for new generation equipment.

The OFIS solution

OFIS through its ONTS Business Unit, has proposed a maintenance contract for telephony equipment (IP phones and IPBX).

The services of the contract consist in: the physical verification (Hardware visualization), the system verification (software visualization), the physical cleaning of the equipment, the update of the firmware, the update of the numbering plans, and the on-site interventions at the customer's request.
