Challenges

Société Générale du Congo wanted a videoconferencing room system to facilitate exchanges between its various agencies and its customers. The solution was also to allow employees to organize or join, wherever they are, videoconferences with a laptop and Internet access.


Client benefits

The videoconference solution deployed by ONTS facilitates collaboration and exchanges between employees. It is also used for the internal training needs of employees.

The videoconferencing system is provided turnkey by ONTS: the equipment is provided, installed and configured on each site, allowing the SGC to concentrate on its main activity, the bank.

Videoconferencing systems can greatly reduce travel costs, increase interaction with remote employees and make meetings more productive. Cisco hardware and ONTS setup make operation and maintenance easy.

The OFIS solution

OFIS through its ONTS Business Unit, which specializes in network and telecommunication systems for professionals, has designed and deployed a scalable solution that meets all of SGC's needs.

The solution is based on a Cisco platform with a videoconference kit (camera, microphone, tv, stand...), a PC app and a telepresence server.
